Parking & Directions
From South - Take 35W straight
into downtown Minneapolis on 5th Avenue to Washington
Avenue (turn left). Proceed to Hennepin Avenue
(turn right). Go ahead two blocks to First Street
North (turn left). Proceed ahead about eight
blocks past River Station condominiums on your
left to the "Minnesota Opera Parking Lot."
Follow parking instructions below.
From North - Take 35W to
Washington Avenue exit (turn right). Proceed
to Hennepin Avenue (turn right). Go ahead two
blocks to First Street North (turn left). Proceed
ahead about eight blocks past River Station
condominiums on your left to the "Minnesota
Opera Parking Lot." Follow parking instructions
below.
From North - Take 94 to West
Broadway exit (turn left). Proceed over bridge
to stop light at Washington Avenue (turn right).
Proceed ahead three stop lights to 10th Avenue
(turn left). Go one block to 2nd Street North
(turn right). Go one block to 8th Avenue (turn
left). Go one block to 1st Street North (turn
right). Go straight past parking lots on your
right to the last lot before the first brick
building (River Station condominiums)—this lot
is marked the "Minnesota Opera Parking
Lot." Follow parking instructions below.
From West - 394 into downtown
Minneapolis take the 3rd Avenue North/Washington
exit. Proceed straight through the stop light
two blocks to 1st Street North (turn left).
Go ahead about eight blocks past River Station
condominiums on your left to the "Minnesota
Opera Parking Lot." Follow parking instructions
below.
From East 94 (St. Paul) take
5th Street exit and veer right to Washington
Avenue (turn left). Proceed to Hennepin Avenue
(turn right). Go straight two blocks to First
Street North (turn left). Proceed ahead about
eight blocks past River Station condominiums
on your left to the "Minnesota Opera
Parking Lot." Follow parking instructions
below.
Parking: Immediately adjacent
to the brick River Station condominiums (and
across the street from the Itasca Building)
is a parking lot marked "Reserved Parking
Only—Minnesota Opera." There are two
rows of parking in this lot; Pathfinder reserved
spaces are on the right hand side toward the
end of the lot. Spaces are numbered 60, 62,
64 and 66; the spaces are also marked "Reserved
for Pathfinder."
